The longer your journey continues with me, I will be able to ensure that you that you embed nutritional,
fitness and mindfulness rituals which will stay ingrained in you for life.
The six month programme is perfect in order for you to achieve life long results. If you just want to dip your toe in the water first, there’s a one month ‘Taster’ package, and for those who have a short-term goal they’d like to reach, there’s the twelve week package.
1 Month 'Taster'
If you are new to fitness or just getting back into it then the 1 month 'Taster' package is an ideal accelerator for you.
3 Month 'Body Transformation'
Ideal for weight loss or muscle gain, you will reach your initial health and fitness goals and be empowered to continue your Body Transformation journey.
6 Month 'Lifestyle Transformation'
This 6 month Body Transformation journey is for those who want to achieve sustained, lifelong results in every element of their health, fitness and wellbeing.
Every programme includes the following:
Bespoke training programme featuring 2 x one hour Personal Training sessions per week
Tailored nutritional guidance that will complement your lifestyle and transformation goals
Wellbeing coaching sessions. These informal face to face sessions are where we assess all aspects of your transformation check-list both evaluating and setting weekly targets (optional)
Regular email, phone or zoom contact providing motivation, guidance and reassurance at every step of your journey
Weekly body composition measurements and fitness assessment (optional)
As well as offering Body Transformation & Personal Training, I also run outside small group/1-1 'HIIT' training at Stonham & Wish park, Hove.
Over years of working with professional martial artists, Team Tabata has been able to take the best elements of Boxing, Muay Thai and Krav Maga to allow you to enjoy the fitness benefits without the close contact or competition of traditional martial arts classes.
Whether we work together on a 1-1 basis or workout as part of a small group class, we work as a collective, motivating, driving and inspiring each other whilst having fun throughout the super high-intensity drills!
