Flexibility and Mobility
Blending Yoga, Pilates, and Callisthenics can improve painful areas, loosen tight/restricted areas, and enhance balance, core strength, and posture. Yoga enhances flexibility and relaxation, Pilates emphasises core strength and alignment, while calisthenics increase endurance and overall fitness. Combining these practices creates a well-rounded workout routine that targets specific areas and promotes overall health and wellness.

This 6 month journey is for those who want to achieve sustained lifelong results in every element of their health, fitness and wellbeing.

I'll be checking in with you once a week to track your progress and be a supportive presence in your fitness journey. You can also message me on WhatsApp anytime if you have questions or want to share what you're eating for lunch! We'll work on a monthly basis with no contracts or long-term commitment. We can start with a time frame that works for you, whether that's one, three, or six months, and there are different payment options available each month.
Wellness Coaching
Maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle is key to feeling great and living life to the fullest. That's where I come in! My goal is to help you achieve your fitness goals by designing a customised exercise program and balanced nutritional diet that fits your needs.
I believe that being healthy is not just about exercising and eating right, but also about managing stress levels and getting enough sleep. So, I take a holistic approach to your well-being, considering all aspects of your life that may impact your health and fitness.
Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, or simply feel better in your body, I'll be there to guide you every step of the way. Together, we'll create healthy habits that will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time!
Team Tabata
In addition to personal training, I also offer 1-1 outdoor "HIIT" training at Stoneham, Wish, and Hove lawns. This type of training involves short periods of demanding physical activity alternated with shorter periods of rest, over a four-minute period.
What makes my training different is that I incorporate boxing, Muay Thai, and Krav Maga techniques into the workouts, along with strength, power, and endurance training. So not only will you get a great workout, but you'll also learn valuable self-defense techniques.
Sessions take place outside in the fresh air and last 45 minutes. They are suitable for all fitness levels, and while they may be tough, the effort you put in will be worth it when you see the results. So if you're ready to get fighting fit and enjoy the great outdoors, Team Tabata HIIT training is for you!
