I will design and guide you through your training plan, designed specifically for you and your fitness goals. Taking into account your current fitness levels, previous experiences and any aches or pains. Whether its at the local park or in the comfort of your home - your personal plan will safely see you achieve your goals.

Build a positive body image, and to help you heal your relationship with food so that you can and maintain a healthy weight for life.
Flexibility and Mobility
Using a blend of Yoga, Pilates, and Callisthenics to improve painful areas, loosen tight & restricted areas plus improved balance, core strength and posture.
Working holistically, I will make the changes needed to allow you to be the best version of yourself, be happy in your own skin and be able to say 'yes' to the life you want to lead.

1 Month Taster
If you are new to fitness or just getting back into it then this package is an ideal accelerator for you.
3 Month 'Transformation'
Ideal for weight loss or muscle gain, you will reach your initial health and fitness goals and be empowered to continue your journey.
This 6 month journey is for those who want to achieve sustained lifelong results in every element of their health, fitness and wellbeing.

I will check in with you once a week - think of me as your accountability partner. Someone to talk to about your progress, the highs and lows that week.
But if you want to send me what’s for lunch any time, I’m on WhatsApp too and love to answer any questions you may have outside of you studio time!
We work together on a month-by-month basis. No contracts or tie-in periods. We can start with a time scale that feels right for you and go from there. We can work together for 1, 3 or 6 months and there are various monthly payment options.

As well as Personal Training, I also run outside 1-1 'HIIT' training at
Stoneham, Wish and Hove lawns.
So what is it? It's a form of high-intensity physical training (HIIT) in which very short periods of
demanding activities are alternated with shorter periods of rest, over a period of four minutes.
Why will it be different? Apart from working on your strength, power and endurance,Team Tabata incorporates Boxing, Muay Thai & Krav Maga techniques into the workouts.So you really will be fighting fit! Oh yes and its outside..so no gym, just plenty of fresh air in the great outdoors!
Where will we train and how long is a session? Based outside in Stoneham
and Wish Park Hove, sessions are 45 mins long and suitable for all fitness levels.
Will the sessions be tough? In a nutshell yes! However, like the saying goes "If
you put in the effort, you will see the results."
